People like that don't deserve to have an animal. Hopefully they won't let him have the horses and they need to throw him UNDER the jail.

They need to pick a time that they know it will be the hottest for about 2 weeks and put him out where the horses were in handcuffs and shakles and just a tub of some dirty water,is all.

I've never been able to understand people with this type of mentality. If you put them out to live in the same conditions those horses were in, they still wouldn't "get" it. Our laws need to be TOUGHER.

We need to do the same to the owners.   Handcuff  and shackle them to the area, tied a dead animal around there neck and let the animal rot and let the flies attack him.

Their brain isn't wired correctly. They know what they're doing. To me, I think it's an underlying dominant/attention/control issue in a sick way with fault being directed towards everybody else. They're jacked up in the head......Point blank.

You guys are too nice I would just shoot em starting at the ankles and work my way up - not to hit any critical areas, then leave them to rot....JMO2
