I have a 2005 Merhow 3 Horse VeryLite 10' LQ w/slide out that needs interior LQ repair and updating before I sell it. My husband no longer rides and it hasn't been used for 2 years. There isn't anyone in No. AZ that will do the work and it looks like I would need to trailer it to an RV repair place in Phoenix to replace the floor, re-wallpaper or paint and put in a new dining table or couch.
I was looking for some opinions as to whether I should just list it for sale "as is" (I know there are very handy people out there that could fix this up for minimal cost, but I'm not one of them , or take it to an RV repair place which would cost way more than someone that could do it themselves. The horse compartment and the rest of the trailer is in very good condition but it still is a 2005 and I don't know that getting it "professionally" fixed up would increase my net sale value that much.
Suggestions, please?
