Not sure how it happened, but I can see the results. Apparently the AC seal wasn't sealed anymore within the last 1.5 months and our LQ got drowned. Gonna need major work to get it ready to go now. Insurance told me to get a quote and they'll send out the adjuster. Wish me luck, cause the wife will kill me if it isn't ready by May 6th.

If it helps at all, when I bought a used trailer that had been leaking, I used Sweet PDZ (stall freshner) in the dressing room, all over the carpeting, and then left it a week. Pushed it around with a broom, let it sit another day and then took the trailer to the car wash and vacuumed it all out. My trailer smelled like someone's bait box when I bought it. After the PDZ (and recaulking), it still smells good - 4 years later! I put it in there pretty thick too. (3/4" - 1" in some places).
