We are looking at a new Logan trailer. This trailer is a Riot and has aluminum flooring with a composit sprayed on it. Anyone have any experience with how this stuff holds up?

What is the name of the composite? I ordered a WERM floor in my new trailer and I'm hoping to take delivery in December, but I'd hoped it would appear the after I bought it. I don't think you'll get many answers without the brand name of the material they are putting over the floor.

Logan used a Polycast Floor coating.... I think the juices flow through it's coating whereas the WERM floor coating shed the juices off and out of the trailer. The aluminum slats in the Logan floor are spaced apart for fluids to,pass through. Clickable link... http://www.logancoach.com/c/whizproof-deluxe-flooring-system

Logan uses Polylast flooring over their slatted aluminum floors. The Polylast can either be porous or non-porous (like WERM) depending on how it is applied. We've had really good luck with it. If you have a horse that paws bad in the trailer we normally put an extra coat of the binder over the top to help protect it. One nice thing is that Polylast will bind to itself so it's easy to repair if need be.

Polylast is what Logan is putting on their trailer floors. This is absolutely the only way to go with flooring on your trailer! All moisture runs through and out weep holes in the trailer. NEVER buy shavings again! This flooring also absorbs 50-60% MORE shock and vibration than your traditional mats. AND the best part, this flooring is slip-resistant! Best way to go! If you don't have a Logan and want this flooring, contact me and I can put you in touch with a dealer that can install it in your trailer!
