The sanity will stop when we change leadership, get rid of nonsense govt. regulations, stop being a nanny state, and let entrepreneurs invest and create jobs with certainty of our financial future.

As a previous Pace American dealer, this didn't surprise me. The new ownership changed a variety of practices but did not appear to understand the benefits of partnership between the manufacturer and dealers.
I don't think the government caused this. When you don't pay your bills, the suppliers have the right to take you to court to demand payment.

This was NOT related to the government...it was very related to the new management NOT having a clue...

Well one of us is missing something. It says get rid of nonsense govt. regulations, references nanny state, and let entrepreneurs invest and create jobs and if they get big enough, not pay taxes on billions of dollars of profits. Hello GE
What part relates to the new management not having a clue? Sure sounds political to me.

As I said earlier, I have owned two Pace American trailers. The lack of quality in the construction is the reason I did not continue to buy from them. Should they still be in buisness producing a shoddy product?? I think some buisnesses just need to fail. Someone will fill the gap. This is the American way.
