I am still looking for the perfect trailer for me and my boys. Has anyone ever put a (removable) saddlerack in one of the straight load stalls? 98% of the time I haul one horse for camping and want to keep my saddle in back of the gooseneck. I'll need 7'6" height- and these are hard to find in a slant load, that is wide enough. Any experience or ideas?

I've seen a picture of this. I think it was on this website. The picture showed a straight load two horse trailer with the back doors open. In one of the stalls was what looked to be a homemade, freestanding wooden saddle rack and saddle.
I expect whether homemade or bought any sturdy, stable sadddle rack would work.

We have installed our removable saddle racks in the one side of a straight load trailer. That way you can use it when you need it and if you have to haul 2 horses, you can remove it. We have several 7'6" tall trailers in stock , shoot me an email michele@buyshadow.com and I will send you a link to them. Or browse here on HTW we have several listed.
