Ew. my post came out so ugly and unreadable.Basically I am asking to compare the Coleman, Eccotemp and Triton.I was also thinking about carbon monoxide issues if using in the back of the trailer?

My wife and I used a eccotemp in the back of the 3 horse with the top vents open and a side window open a couple inches, with no problems. Eccotemps are great.

Did you install a hook on the wall and just hang it up?

We use carabiner's to attach the heater to the horse tie loops. It has a metal piece at the top that looks like a heavy duty picture frame hanger that a carabiner fits through perfectly.
We used this heater in <30 deg F weather (in the horse area) and you have to be careful to not burn yourself with the water temp. Original water temp was ~40 deg F.
It was cheap, a bit tedious to set up, but once its up, its awesome and works great. No problems.

Great suggestions!I found a good deal on Eccotemp so will give that one a go. I also bought a solar shower to try in case I needed a different heat source. Thanks again!

I have both the eccotemp and a coleman they both work very good in different situations. The eccotemp needs pressured water, such as hydrant water or something else and the coleman you can get a pump for it.
