I recently purchased a steel framed, aluminum skin gooseneck trailer and wish to insulate the DR. I know you can use the styrofoam board, but what about using regular blanket insulation. Would condensation be an issue? The R factor in the blanket insulation is higher. If it can be used, what is better, with the paper or without? Thanks!

I'm not sure on the condensation but if you ever had a leak regular batten insulation is going to act like a sponge. The only way then to dry it out would be to tear out the insulation. As for the R factor, usually the dense foam insulation has a better R factor per inch thickness.
