This is what I have in the slant corner of my trailer.

There is a little stand it fits on, and I keep a very short garden hose on it.
I clean it with a little bleach once or twice a year. Then I rinse well.

That is the same tank that came in my Logan Coach trailer.  They install it in the corner of the rear tack. And like the post above, I just flush mine with Chlorox a couple of times a summer

I bought mine at the local store (Salado, Tx), but I bought the one for my hayrack. They had several in stock @ the store for the rear tack corner though. I almost bought one of those as well, but (for now) I don't think I need to haul that much water.

If you empty it out each time you are done using it, I don't think it would mold. There is stuff you can get at RV stores for water tanks. I think its called PUR water. You could also get one of the little filters to use when you are filling the tank. That ought to take of the rust. And of course fo the bleach thing 2-3 times a year. There is a great little book at Wally world for RVs. It goes over all the LQ stuff, water, electric, LP gas , ect. It's all the same systems on our horsetrailers. Good luck
