I like to keep a supply of Lean Cuisine type frozen dinners on hand, you can only eat so many burgers in a weekend at a show. I have a small fridge and even with just me, I wish I had more fridge and freezer room. Don't think you can go wrong with the bigger fridge.

I second the recipe sharing idea, that would be neat. We could have a whole thread on camp cooking/easy foods that you bring. I'm sure some of the veterans have some pretty great ideas!

You are making the right decision. Big fridge is great. When we go out west for two weeks we even take a small deep freeze with us. The first time we relied on dry ice and I could have paid for a deepfreeze for what i paid for the ice. Next year we had the freezer. We usually hauled it in the back of the truck but this year it will be in the mid tack.
