I have an '04 model 9608 Featherlite trailer.  I need an additional saddle holder to add to the tack area.  Have not been able to locate one (ebay or just trailer accessories search). Any idea where to get one or how much they would cost? Thanks!

We use a couple of these. Roll them down the trailer ramp and into the tack stall, etc...

Have you had any structural issues? We went through two of these when using one of my wife's show saddle which weighs almost 60#. The frame was not strong enough to support the weight. I finally took them into the weld shop and had gussets installed. We found the small wheels impractical on the rough, grassy show grounds.

Now they are confined to the barn which has a concrete isle and they work fine.

They have worked OK for us. Her western show saddle don't weigh near any 60# though. The racks we have look like the one in the picture with the 4.10"x4" pnumatic tires.

I was just actually looking for an addition black saddle rack as shown in picture. This post is removeable and you can add another saddle rack.

You should be able to call Featherlite, or a Featherlite dealer and get it without any problem.

I have a complete post with 4 saddle hangers out of a Sooner. It was in my midtack which I dont use. I might consider selling it to you if we can agree on a fair price. Its all aluminum and the post sat into a socket built into the floor. The ceiling uses a spring loaded pin as I recall. If you have ever looked at one of the older Sooners these are usually all the same. Contact me if this is what you are looking for. The Sooner rack uses aluminum frames coated with indoor/outdoor carpet vice the plastic like in your pics. If you interested I can provide a pic and some dimensions.

Hi

I have 3 removable saddle racks that I will sell---they are out of a 2000 Featherlite trailer---they will also fit the newer models but do not have the blanket rack underneath ---I took them out of a trailer I traded in because I thought I would need them but I don't---I will sell them for a third of what a new one would cost---and I can send you a pic---I am about to put them on ebay but I need to find out how much a new one is

HOLY SMOKES. My horse would kick me if my saddle weighed that much. LOL

What's worse? A 150lb woman and a 60lb saddle, or a 210lb man and 30lb saddle?
