I am looking at an 08 Super Chief with the 9 ft SW and the Dream Catcher LQ package.

I have a friend who has an older Cherokee and has not had not 1 problem with hers....

Any opinions?

Please keep it nice...state your opinion and please dont pick on anyone who has an opinion that differs!

I bought a 2005 Cherokee Tomahawk last Feb and I really like it.  I did have a minor issue with one of the drop down windows...called Cherokee and they sent the parts to fix it.  I could not take it back to the dealer..too far away and on top of that the dealer was not a Cherokee dealer...he had taken the trailer in on trade. I even had to get keys directly from Cherokee.  I have a Sierra LQ (the smallest LQ in the world at 4 1/2 hehehe)  and I called and they sent all the appliance manuals too.  (Dealer did not get them from the previous owner.)  I have had the trailer a year and am still happy with it!  Good Luck!

We had a Cherokee Invasion with just a dressing room. I loved that trailer and we camped in it for many years. Wished we could have found a Cherokee with lq but could not find one in our budget. Well built and sturdy.

We got a new Cherokee Super Chief, 6 horse, head to head, with a dressing room. We've only used it four or three times. Show season is about to get cranked up in a couple of weeks, so we havn't used it enough for me to give you an honest opinion. So far, so good!! Check back with me in August or September, I'll have put some miles on it by then.

I will say this, a head to head trailer is the stuff when it comes to showing at "day shows" when no stalls are available. Each stall in this trailer has individual jail doors (6 of them) in front of each horse and there's enough room in the center area to get the horse cleaned up and fully tacked before taking them off the trailer.... My wife seems to love this trailer.... And I guess thats what counts!!
