No DVD, but I used this website and it was extremely helpful.

http://todd.redwrench.com/index.htm

How to instructions and pictures too.

I also have the video and while it's fun to watch and has a little more "decorator" viewpoint, the toddwrench website has great info/detail and lots of pictures. I believe the DVD was about $25.  Not sure it was worth that much compared to the website listed here.

Check with Whinny Cargo in Ozark Missouri, they were going to do a step by step instuction book, not sure if it's ready or not.

I bought the DVD, and felt it was very basic and spent a bit too much time discussing decorating themes.  Also, some things such as wiring were not covered as they contracted that out.  They did cover insulation very well. However, if you are interested here is the website:  http://www.bigrivermedia.com/  Personally, I feel you will learn more from the members on this group as they are very willing to share their experiences and answer questions - don't be afraid to ask.

Yes that is the one I have. I agree it didn't cover as much as Todd's post. I think I watched it one time and put it away.It was geared more for the decor..Wow you would think with all the training and how to books etc on horse training, building barns, etc, they / somebody would have come up with the DIY horse trailer plans and blueprints....for the handy man...Maybe Todd would do one?
