Hey all! Been a while. Just got back from Arabian Nationals in Albuquerque and was not able to get online that whole time. Someone fill me in on what happened to the posting? Where is it? Anyone else had any problems with hauling? Talked to some people in Albquerque and got about the same info as from here. Some have had problems the rest looked at me like I was crazy. Did find a few who have started the CDL CMV DOT process. Got an email from a lady that wrote a book about this years ago, trying to get a copy. Let me know what's going on. I'm not giving up yet.

Dang chick, catch your breath, you sound like a ferret that's been smokin crack!! I watched some of the video feed, tried to catch a friend of mine in a hunter class, I missed it of course. I did see class #61, some awsome Park horses!
I need to get my CDL's, ain't going to get them until they lock me up for pulling my trailer withput them. Hauling my own horses, spending my money. I have enough trouble a getting "class C" license each time. No tickets and they make me do the driving test every time I get them renewed.......Guess it's something to do with the wheelchair thats stuck to my butt! Don't start nothing, won't be nothing!

Hello, It's good to be back. I'm sorry the other post was frozen, that is really unfortunate. It is also upsetting that people would treat each other so poorly that they feel the need to report them. I'm not going to give up my attempt to try to inform people of the laws that are affecting us horse haulers, as soon as I figure out how. I had no choice but to pay the tickets in Iowa. @$%#ers! Didn't have the time to go to corn country and fight a law that I was in violation of, as much as I think it was wrong. Guess from here it is getting the word out and hoping enough of us will get together and try to fight it on a national level. The American Horse Council has not been any help, they have not answered one email. I got an intresting email from a lady who wrote a book on the laws years ago and no one wanted to listen to her either, she also is a trailer dealer. I will try to post it on here. That's all I know for now. Everybody take care.

Sure am sorry to hear that you paid the tickets. Everyone has to do what is best for them. In the event that anyone reading this ever gets a ticket in Tennessee, please be aware that an attorney can handle a ticket in Tennessee without your having to appear in the court.
