I also have a 4-Star LQ with WERM. I've had it since 2003 and really like it. The WERM is slightly more slick in really cold weather so I use shavings on it to help make it less slick.

trailridngal,
I am not sure what trailers come equipped with rumber. I can tell you that WERM FLOORING is available through many manufacturers. 4 STAR and MERHOW trailers are the only manufacturers where our product is done in house. Platnum, Integrity, Elite, C&C, Stidham, and many others are installed here at the WERM facility. If you order your trailer through the Dealer or the Manufacturer, you simply request our product and we will set up the installation with the appropriate contacts. I hope this answers your questions but please feel free to call our toll free number for more details.

4-Star is a very high quality trailer all the way around. I wanted one but the stalls were simply too small for my 16.2 horse and their WB model too $$... If you have smaller horses they look awesome and the WERM floor is a huge plus. Sounds like there would be alot of that brand in your area- good luck!

Thanks for the info everyone. 4 Star sounds like a great trailer. If I can find one in my price range that would be great. Both of these floor products sounds wonderful as well. I like to keep my trailer clean but the heavy mats are a struggle for me. I have an 05 Featherlite.. nice trailer. The mats are thick and packed in tight. I have a tough time getting them back in place after washing the floor.

Just FYI, you don't have to get a "WB model" to increase the stall size. I asked about increasing the stall size on the 4-Star trailer I wanted to order, and it really didn't add too much to the cost of the trailer. As for trailer width, a 7'6" trailer cost the same as an 8' wide trailer, apart from the WERM flooring.
