Has anyone had any luck with the do-it-yourself spray-on bedliners, or even a product you can buy at an auto-body supply place?  I would like to spray the front (under the gooseneck) on my stock trailer to protect it better than the stick-on gravel guard it has now.  I've seen some trucks that have some DIY liners and they haven't looked too hot - nothing like the Rhino-liner or Line-x jobs.  I know you need to use a special sprayer, I've heard like an under-coating sprayer, which I can probably get access to.  Any recommendations?  Thanks!

The true secret to a good application is how clean you can get the surface before cleaning...the reason some of the "DIY" jobs you have seen go bad is because of the pre-application cleaning process....the surface has to be cleaned well and properly. You can go to your local auto part store (Auto Zone-Advance Auto) and buy "Herculiner" and try it....but for a complete and perfect job, I would recommend Line-X....it is the only military approved spray in liner on the market.....they spray Line-X inside the Humvee's our boys use over seas to keep them from turning into schrapnal when hit buy enemy fire...I have seen the video of this, pretty amazing...Good luck...
