I am looking for one for the Fulton hitch, I think itis a Fulton, with the release on the top. I like having a wheel lock as well.
If you are looking for one of these... http://www.amazon.com/Fulton-Gorilla-Guard-Coupler-Lock/dp/B003IHM9... Be aware that you can remove them with a sawzall in a relatively short amount of time...I know because I cut one off a trailer whose lock became totally corroded and the key would no longer work...

I have seen a couple of potential locks, https://www.megahitchlock.com. I do like the idea of the wheel lock as well. Gushill industries had a nice lock but didn't make one to fit my hitch, they are coming out with one in 2016. I agree with the Gorilla lock review, the metal is flimsy. The one I currently have isn't that great. Thanks for the ideas.
