I have an Old 2 horse trailer with walk in tack room that I'm updating. The only ventilation the trailer has are the old style sliding plexi glass sliders on each side. The loading doors are a full door. I would like to put in 2 two-way vents but I don't know where is should put them. Should both go at the head of the horse or should they be staggered diagonally - 1 on left side at head to draw air in and the 2nd in the right stall towards the back to draw air out? Look forward to your help. Want to do it right??

I seem to have found, that on a trailer like that the roof vents will not push air in when opened to the front, as I suppose there isn't enough clean airflow over the trailer to allow it. They do however, do a pretty good job when opened backwards of pulling air out. Thus, you may want to allow for that as you decide placement.

There are also circular vents available that you may be able to incorporate into the front of the trailer.

Sorry- while I wrote, forgot about the tackroom. So much for circle vents.

I have a Flettner vents in my trailer, they are wind propelled and suck hot air and smells out of the trailer when there is wind or when I'm going down the road. And the best part is they don't let water in, so they never have to be closed.
