Seeing that the lightly used prices are almost as high as brand new, I am considering ordering a new trailer exactly how I want it. There are so many brands! I want ALL aluminum, including floor/tongue, 2H BP, preferably 2H slant with rear tack, short length (~11'?) and light weight, also prefer rumber or aluminum floor.

What lower priced brands are the best value without losing quality?

.

Yes, there's lots of them. Here's an example:

But I would like it shorter if possible- I thought I saw one 2H slant BP that was only 11' long?
I'm trying to condense all of my stuff into a shorter space, this layout seems to utilize space the best...

BP measurements are partly all over the board because of how various companies measure them. Some only measure the sidewall portion of the box, others go all the way to the end of the nose. And with varying nose treatments, you can get some wild length variations in what is basically the same footprint.

Long term, there are many brands that can fit your needs. I would start first with a dealer that I trust that is as close as possible, as you may be having a mutually beneficial relationship with them for many years. See what they have available that might fit your needs.

I understand you wrong, I thought, you wanted the tack room where the horses come in, like what of the gooseneck S/L trailer have.

What about some of the lower priced brands? Eclipse, Blue Ribbon, Twi-Lite...? I don't know much about them, is the quality any good?

You get what you pay for. Cheap trailers are generally cheaply made. You can get a custom trailer built specifically to your wants and needs (rumber floors, rear tack, 2H Slant, short, light weight, etc.). If you want quality that will last check out the link below, they offer free quotes and will build something that is right for you.http://www.shetroncustomtrailers.com/trailers.php?category=Bumper%20Pull%20Horse%20Trailers

"You get what you pay for. Cheap trailers are generally cheaply made."

Price is not the measure of quality or usefulness

Is there a reason the manufacturer of trailers keeps making these posts here trolling for business?
