Anybody ever try changing the color of their trailer using vinyl? Like a wrap?

Not a trailer, but I won a Dodge pickup that has the wrap on 80% of it. It changed the color from Blue to Black with all kinds of other colors/graphics. Been 8 months and no problems. There are quit a few wrinkles in the wrap around door handles, trim, molding, etc. I have been debating how long to leave it on and what that is doing to the paint underneath. Main concern is getting road salt under wrap.Producer said that it cost him $2,200 to get it wrapped. Will see. Good luck!
