I have a 3 horse feather lite 9409. The front half of the trailer is bare aluminum, the rear half being painted blue. Can it be acid washed? Would it strip the paint? It looks like the picture.

Don't know about the paint but acid washing is not recommend for horse trailers because the fumes can leach out for very long periods of time and injure horses. I used to acid wash my old trailer but won't do it again. Too much risk.

Continued acid washing will damage paint and decals. Using a citrus wash is better for painted surfaces.
