Just wondering if anyone on here has had any problems with moisture over the winter months that causes mildew/or mold in their LQ? In our last trailer some of the wooden doors had mold on them after the trailer set over the winter. Don't want that to happen again. Any suggestions--running the heat or a dehumidifier? Thanks

I run a ceramic heater on a low setting during the winter. I make sure that it is on a GFI plug and is sitting in the middle of the bathroom floor area shooting towards the kitchen. This works well for me as I have two double doors going into the bathroom held open by two buckled spur straps. It has all the latest auto shut offs, but I still check it several times a week to make sure all is well.

Small space heater is the ticket.. Just place on floor and turn it on low.. Open up all your cabinet doors too, it will keep everything dry inside.. If your trailer is insulated well your heater will not run too much and will not cost you a bundle.. Don't use the furnace to keep it warm, the furnace is a costly appliance and it puts to much wear on it to run solid all winter.
