I have now become aware that i have a very bad corrosion problem with my sundowner trailer aluminum floor.  The manufacturer is being very difficult and will not honor the warranty.  Anyone else out there with this issue ?   Good Advise?

Welcome to HTW...!!

How often do you pull the mats and wash the floor....? Between every haul? Once a month? Every year? Never? How old is the trailer? Got any pictures of the floor?

More info needed......

Gard, has a very good how to on this site, where you clean the aluminum floor with muratic acid and apply a bedliner type covering to it....search for this info a very good fix if your floor isn't to bad. I clean mine at least every couple of months.......good luck
