Ok new to this forum and I have a question. We were at a show today and when we went to lift the ramp noticed it was harder than normal to lift. Got the gate up and secure and looked under and noticed not sure what its called the gate assist that lloks like leaf sprink broke right where the bolt would be. Tried looking on line for this and couldn't find it. 2 questions. What is this called and second is it hard to install a new one?

I would contact Kingston or one of its dealers to buy the part. You might want to ask Kingston or one of its dealers about installation when you order the part.
