I have what I guess you would call a louvered window over my couch. There is a crank handle inside that opens and closes it. There are two little "arms" on the outside that bring it in and out. Now, when I try to close it, the window comes almost in, then the arms pop out and the window does not close securely. I could not figure out how to make the arms stay in. Has this happened to anyone and what did you do to fix it?

Call Keifer and see if they put the window in the trailer and if they have parts for it. I would have your trailer serial number handy when you call them.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to Roger at Select Trailer in Shelbyville, TN. I called and described my problem and he told me how to get the arms back in the track. I was able to do this myself!!!
