I'm thinking of adding an awning to my 3H slant BP. Is it insane to think about getting one large enough to tie the horses under? My guys stand tied real well, but after all they are horses LOL. If I got a short awning for just over the DR door area, would that be too close to tie them? Is there any such thing as a more or less horse-friendly awning? I'm thinking not, but was hoping someone might know of one.

there are some awnings that mount to the top rail of the trailer and do not have side supports. until you fully extend them. They scissor out from the mount. Do a search you can find them.
If they stand tied like mine i use a 2 step awning for mine on the horse side of the trailer when its hot or raining.
