These first two may give you some idea of the steepness of the hills.  One hill we climbed seemed to go straight up forever over rocks the size of your head!  Didn't get a pic of that one.  I was too busy hanging on!

I was standing in front of our buddies' trailer, shooting our trailer.  As you can see the sites are well spaced and have lots of shade.

I took this shot because I thought the birdhouse made from an old boot was cute.  But if you look in the background, Just below the boot is the plug in for our buddies' trailer which is to the far right of the pic AND our trailer, which is out of the shot to the left.  So you can see why we needed to use extension cords.

Red Hill Horse Camp is in eastern KY.

I haven't been to Clark, so can't make that comparison.  I would say the grade of the hills at RH is somewhat steeper than O'Bannon.  But what made it so challenging was that the hills were so long.  Sometimes we would stop half way up to let the horses catch their breath before continuing.
