Long story short:   A friend of mine purchased a trailer at QH Congress ...had a few issues, that the dealer said they would take care of...but didn't they didn't follow through..my friend called the manufacturer to complain and hopefully get some help...nothing came from that  route either..this was a NEW trailer , a Shadow...and because of this subject being brought up on this forum my friend is getting the help he requested from  "buyshadow"...because of her, the issues are going to be resolved and he is a very happy camper today!

She has gone above and beyond to see this issue resolved...she wasn't the seller, or even working for the dealer, but she has made it a point to see that the matter is resolved and everyone is happy.SHe believes in the product she is selling and her goal is to make sure that the customer is satisfied!!  Word of mouth can be a businesses best or worst enemy.  THANKS YOU for your help !!
