3/4 and 1 ton trucks don't have any heavier or thicker frames than 1/2 tons. We found this out the hard way by putting bale beds and cake feeders on them. We bent or broke the frames. You would think that 3/4 and for sure 1 ton pickups would have a heavier or thicker frame, but they don't

And............. Your point?.... What did all that bale bed, cake feeder stuff weigh when it was all loaded up with product?? Cross any ditches, gullys, get stuck and have to be pulled out? etc. etc....

I just know a lot of freinds of mine and me put bale bed and a cake feeder on their trucks, and broke the frames. A lot of people out their thought that a 3/4 and a 1 ton had a heavier frame.

Nope, frames are the same.  Everything hooked to the frame is larger. (most of the time)
