Hi. my name is Laura St.Yves. I chat on the barrel racer forum quiet alot and someone suggested I post this here.
I live in Shelbyville TN, and I need to know where some trails are and someone to go on them with me. My horse and I are a bit out of shape. Long story short, got married didnt have time to ride the last three months. And we've both gained a bit of weight. fastest way to get that off is hit some trails.

I'm not sure how far you are from Wranglers at LBL in KY. We do some riding there and it's a wonderful place to ride. We have quarter horses that we use to trail ride. If this isn't too far for you, let me know we would love to meet you and ride with you.

Would be glad to meet you at Mammoth Cave Park....and you might want to check with Circle E at Belvidere TN......the trails are a little scarce in middle TN......can't even ride a horse at Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park (and he was a cavalry general)......

There are several riding clubs in your area. You could go out to Bedford Tack and put an ad on their bulletin board. Most trailriders in that area are riding gaited horses, though.

Yeah, Columbia is only 45 mins ot an Hour from where I live. LBL? Where is that exactly? I'm looking into the Circle E place, do you have to have reservations or give a deposit for just like a day ride thats 15$ per person?
And the mountain you're refering to, do you RIDE around it, or drive around it? I'm not sure I want to go there if theres a big mountain to climb. My horse is in need of some very gradual work outs.. nothing strenous.
