Howdy all, just found this site. Thought I'd sign up & see what goes on here. I'm a 53 yo. women who has worked with horses most of my life. All kinds of horses. So, hope to meet some new friends here.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful states to ride in,in the US.Northwest and central Ar is gorgeous,challenging trails in places in the Boston and Ozark Mt ranges.go to Horse and Mule Trails USA and (there is another trail website) to check out some of the areas! you aren't too far from some really great riding at Bismark,(Lonesome D),Falling Water,(Pelsor) ect.welcome!

Welcome! I live about an hour west of Hot Springs, 100,000+ acres joins our farm to ride in, in the Ouachitas! Maybe we could ride sometime... also a lady 55, ride a fine saddle mule!

One thing I've never done & that's ride a mule,,lol. I've seen plenty even knew people that were once horsemen that went to mules, said they'd not have another horse. So it would be interesting to ride a mule. I hear they're suppose to be much better than horses & smarter too. Maybe one day I'll get to ride one.

40 mins ain't that far. I do more miles a days just travelin from house to town a few times a day,,LOL.

We bought a place in Mena that we are going to retire to in a few years. Some great riding at Idle Nook, which is just beyond Y-City.
