Would anybody happen to know where i can purchase corrugated aluminum panels for the side of my horse trailer where your tie ups are typically? i think some people refer to this as wave paneling.

I have been waiting for someone more knowledgeable to answer you, but no one has. I believe you are referring to the aluminum extrusions that run horizonally on the side of your trailer. Those extrusions are copyrighted by the manufacturer, so that manufacturer is the only place that you will find those exact extrusions. (Unless you have an inside man at Alcoa or whoever holds the dies captive)

Try Clint Leonard at Blue Ribbon in Youngstown, OH. They have a local aluminum supplier that provides their construction materials. They do not use "sheets", rather individual extruded planks that overlap, looking like a continuous product. They are quite more durable and rigid, being much stronger than a simple .060"- .080 " sheeting.

the panels are available in 4 and 6" slats cut to length and run $3.20-5.85 per foot. you use a self tapping flathead screw and the next panel overlaps.

Blue Ribbon welds each plank to each wall stud. It's the same construction as is the flooring, with each plank being welded to each of the joists. The result is a very strong and rigid wall system.

Side extrusions are typically welded to the wall posts from virtually every manufacturer during manufacture. Aftermarket fitment or repair may cause different methods to be needed.
