I have a 04 2500HD Chevy and my brake lights come on for no reason I've put in a new brake switch but guess it didn't work.

What you need to "belive" (sic) is that they come on for a reason.
The reason may not be obvious to you (yet), but it is there.

An '04 should still be under warranty, your best 1st action might be to take it to the dealership and request warranty work.

Now there comin on almost all the time we found a fuse to pull out and they go off but if were not able to go over all wirin Sat at the shop were takin it to the dealer Monday

I'd search for whatever it uses as the normal brake switch.
It might be a micro-switch on the brake pedal arm, it could also be a pressure switch or sensor in the master cylinder...
I had schematics at one time, I can't find them right now, but I think I've posted a link to them before.

Location: Rocky Mount N.C.		Does it do this with a trailer plugged in? If so check your plug for the "hot wire" making contact with the brake wire.....I'm just throwing something out there.
