I bought a very lightly used (3x) 2005 Logan Coach trailer, and would like to buy a stud wall divider for the 1st/2nd stall. I talked to my local Logan Coach dealer who was unable to get one from Logan, says they don't make them anymore.

I have a posting in the wanted section of this site, but would love to hear some ideas for how I might find one. I would like to locate wrecking yards in western Washington that might have one, and have considered having one made at a local fabrication shop. But buying one would be much easier.

I have several friends that added this to their 3 and 4 horse slants. All they did was buy a rubber mat from the local tractor supply or farm supply store and bolt it to the bottom of the first divider. It keeps out the dirtiness and didn't cost a whole lot.

On another post someone had a link to pictures of their DIY improvements to their trailer with a rubber mat stud divider. I like the idea of a rubber mat better than a metal stud wall, with rubber down by the horses legs in the 2nd stall rather than metal. Going to go buy me a rubber mat! Thanks for the idea!

That's what I did. Cost me less than $100.00. Here's some pics: http://todd.redwrench.com/Shell.htm#AdditionstotheHorseCompartment

It was your site that I was looking at! I may be borrowing some of your ideas in the dressing room area too, that I hope to insulate and add some creature comforts.

Where did you get the hardware for the stud divider?

Dee rings and rubber mat at Tractor Supply, shackles at Home Depot. Pretty easy to make just maneuvering the mat can be a pain. And get a sharp box knife to cut the mat.
