I was hoping someone could help me.I have a f150 truck, and I just bought a used sundowner trailer 2003, with a six prong plug, everything was working fine as far as the inside and outside lights, now however, after 3 months my inside lights will not work on the trailer, all of the running lights work, but load, inside and tack room lights do not work. My electric brake is working.Any idea, what could be going on, or what I could check?Thanks,

n2Q, I'm guessing you are using a 6pin to 7 pin adapter. Try a new adapter. There also maybe a circuit breaker/fuse for the interior lights.
Fellow at trailer repair place said he wouldn't give a plug nickel for those adapters. Told me to change the trailer plug to a 7 way. Not much to it. You probably have a trailer wiring diagram on the inside of the trailer and the truck pin code should be on the flip cover of the connector.
My CM drover was wired so that the interior lights only worked when the running lights were on.

Ditto on replacing the plug. It costs about $8 at an RV dealer, takes ten minutes to change and will eliminate any feed problems you may have through the connector. Once that is fixed for good, you can more easily trouble shoot any future problems.

Commonly, the load lights and interior lights are run off the auxillary power circuit of the vehicle. Check the fuse for that circuit. I don't know where to tell you to look on a Ford. I would guess under the hood and I would guess it is one of those bigger fuses.

Had the same problem one time! Check under the hood of your truck....should be on drivers side. There should be a fuse box there. If you have a tester you should find it easy enough. If not I think it's a 15 amp fuse....check those first.
