My 2006 dodge has been recalled and the air condition is ALREADY broken - I bought it from ----------------  They said drop it off and we will take a look at it in a few days.  Gee i bought it because i need it!  Dodge says nothing they can do -- anyone else had this problem with Dodge and poor poor customer service?

I have an '04 and have been VERY happy with the truck and customer service with the Dodge dealership.

Sounds like an issue with your dealership.
I purchased an '06 Dodge Charger (needed reliable family transport, and my 10 year old Dodge truck is still going strong!).  I had an important errand to run, they even gave me a loaner when I had my oil changed!

Choosing the dealership is almost as important as the vehicle itself in my opinion.

Cheers!

I bought my truck from the local dealership.  When I started having some major problems, they "couldn't find anything".  It started getting close to warranty running out & they "couldn't get the truck in" until AFTER warranty was done.  I ended up taking it about 90 miles away to another dealership.  They have been GREAT - truck is still being a problem & is over there - they've kept the file open on it so it's still under warranty & supplied me w/a rental car & my warranty only calls for 5 days covered rental.  This is the dealership we will buy from next time.....& when this is all said & done, will write to Dodge & tell them the story, plus do "letters to the editor" in both our paper (of course, won't be able to mention dealership's name, but anybody w/half a brain SHOULD be able to figure it out) & theirs, telling of the HUGE difference in service & voicing how I now know first hand why we can't keep business in this town....idiots!!

There ALL the same. Each STORE is a independently owned operation.

I have had nothing but good things to say about the two dealers I have had to deal with one here at home. One a few hundred miles away.
