Hello, Does anyone know of a place besides the Exiss dealer that I can get replacement hinges for my drop down windows? I have checked with out local dealer and a dealer 2 hours away and they must not need my business since they can't get back to me with the prices.

Thanks,Denise

The hinges on my Exiss drop downs are made from a continuous stainless steel piano hinge. Exiss probably does not make them, rather they are purchased from a supplier. They are available from many sources, specialty, some big box, marine and aircraft.

Here's one source:

Thanks, my hinges are alluminum and don't look like that. They are seperated every few inches with 2 inch (or so) wide going one way or the other. Sorry it is hard to discribe. This is a 2003 Exiss if it makes a difference. has drop downs on head and butt side.

If Exiss parts doesn't work out, try Select Trailer @ 877 685 4040 or Dixie Horse and Mule Co @ 877 694 5665. They both have enviable reputations for customer assistance.

I've also been looking for hinges without success. This site has an interesting project in development: horsetrailerdropdown.com
