We just purchased a Used 2007 Bison 3HR LQ, 16' Shortwall. Will perform the needs we have where Toy Haulers were FAR and BEYOND worthless or excessive. Did a Shakedown run bringing it Home, purchased in MN and home is in Mid MO, 540 miles One Way.
Shook some lower side rail rivets out, those repaired, small issues on it in places but towed Very Well. Looking to Axle Blocks as our Tow Wagon is a Might Extreme and wish to level the ride up so Both axles haul a reasonable equal weight.

Tows exceptionally well, 8.1mpg at 70mph on cruise. Do not know is behind the truck per say.

I attained the old KW as a Trade out to a Friend in OK of my old trucks I no longer used, Both Gas engine C70 GMS and a Kawasaki Bayou 220. I rebuilt this engine, did all the repairs and upgrades as well paint to the general truck, have less than 2/3 price of a New Dually in it. Trailer now has a Generator aboard, the Stalls dividers removed, Axle Blocks installed and Motorcycle Tie Downs placed. Generator on Slide Out to run it Externally to trailer.

It is a nice rig. I've always wanted a Freightliner Sport Chassis...big block, not that Cummins model.

All can get in M2s is DD13 or Small Cummins, no Big Blocks. Either can deliver 12-14mpg on a Allison auto.
