I have an f250 super cab 7.3 diesel. I am looking at an alum gooseneck trlr that weighs 4900lbs empty. its a 3 horse. trk has pulling packing. Will my trk pull this trlr with 3 horses in it? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It will work great. We had mostly f350's and a couple of f250 and never had a bad one. It will handle your trailer, easy.

Yes. I used to own a 7.3 F250 and it was a good truck.

Your truck will easily handle a three horse trailer of that weight

that 7.3 is one of the best motors ever put out there. Should be no issue

I have an F250 with the 7.3 diesel and pull a aluminum 3H GN with no problems. I only have 2 horses, but carry lots of tack, feed, etc. I don't have LQ. My empty trailer weight is around 6500#. I'm well within all the specifications (GVWR, axle weights, pin weights, etc) so you should be good to go!
