Are you looking for a sealant for water, etc.?  We make/sell a sealant that goes on the roofs of Wal-Mart, etc. places like that and we also put it on our horse trailers!  It is awesome and makes the horse area way cooler than a normal roof would!  If you're interested in more info, PM me and I will tell you more about it!

I too am looking to seal the seams in thoe roof of my trailer I heard someone at a campground I was in one time talking about some type of tape you can put on the seams but since mine wasn't leaking then I did not bother on inquire about the tape. Have any of you guys heard of this stuff

You can get teh tape at Lowes or Home Depot, get the widest tape, it is silver on one side and sticky stuff on the other, have the roof really clean and take your time. WE  used it on our trailer and it worked well.
