Looked at a used one a few months ago when I was shopping for LQ trailers. What I found was that they were much more inferior than other brands. Parts (plumbing, electrical fixtures) were significantly less quality than others. Didn't check into the cost of the trailer since that turned me off right from the start.

We really liked our Kiefer Built. They have great customer service. When ours was 10 years old my husband broke the window out of it. I called the local glass shop and the price was crazy and they didn't think they could get the glass perfect. I on a whim called Kiefer Built, they were able to send me the exact glass and shipped it to me within 2 days for a quarter of the local glass shops price.

I have a 3h Kiefer Genesis X240. I have had it for 7 years. We have no issues with floors, doors, water tanks, heaters, furnace, etc. We use it a lot and travel some rough roads. We did have a leak last year where the air conditioning unit had loosened enough for the water to come in. I have a stain on my soft touch ceiling that is almost gone from cleaning with carpet cleaner. My interor is still beautiful, has substained a lot of use with a growing toddler that is a busy 5 yr old now. My trailer is still in excellent shape. It is my second Keifer trailer with LQ.
