Well it finally happened my husband misjudged our clearance on the pipes and riped off the neck of the grey water tank. It broke off in a V shape from the top all the way down to the bottom of the tank. It was a pretty clean cut. Has anyone had any luck repairing anything like this? Got to love Lakota's low pipes!!!! NOT!!!!

On one of my older trailers I had the same thing happen ( but as any man would say IT WASN'T MY FAULT ) and I was able to repair it with a fiberglass repair kit that had webbing in it that I bought from an auto supply store.

Just repaired my broken tank. Similar to your break. Purchase a repair kit at Home Depot for this type of material. It is a putty you kneed to mix and it worked like a charm. It bonds great. I even filled in gaps due to an irregular break. Just clean the area good and I used plumbers tape to secure the pipe in place. I believe it is made by JB weld. Good luck.

It tore a 1/2' cut in the bottom where the throat of the drain comes off. The tare is not level either it has dirt wedged in it. Going to try to pry the dirt out and heat it to get it back together before I epoxy it. It ripped all the way to the top of the tank in V shape. It demolished the valve on the throat so I will have to buy a new one of those. I purchased some plastic weld epoxy and a fiber glass patch kit from NAPA auto parts. I just hope it works.
