All the wires except the brakes are 12v wires. The ones you may be thinking of, using the truck as a power source, would include trailer interior lighting and battery charging. The rest are your running lights, turn and brakes lights, back up lights and braking circuit. The final wire is a ground.

OK I got that the black/red 12v is for the interior/battery. My brake hub has 2 wires coming out in knew that the blue wire is the brake wire how would I wire them up?

Your two wires coming from the brakes drum may be blue and black. The blue wires will be connected together and run to the trailer brake wire at your plug. The black wires will be connected together and run to the common ground wire at your plug.
Sometimes the black wires are grounded to the frame, which can cause erratic operation of the brakes when the connections get corroded. It's best to hardwire them directly to the wiring of the plug.
