Has anyone had a chance to see or drive one of the new 2006 or 2007 model International trucks with the Western Hauler conversion.  If so what did you think about conversion quality, performance, etc...

Hi and Welcome to the Forum.
At a guess they're out - I mean WAY OUT !!! - of my price range.
OTOH, just for FUN they're probably worth a test drive.
Unlike new 1 tons, which I know I could get sucked into, maybe I'm SAFE from $ale$ pre$$ure on these ?
Just like the multi-million dollar hundered and fifty acre stables, but they try to pre-qualify you before letting you even sniff those places.

HUM......lets see now....are you talking about a truck with 19.5 rubber or a truck with 22.5 rubber ????

Will the 4400 pull 20K + ???

I have heard that these trucks are pretty cool, but I still think it is going to take a while for a few of them to be put on the road till the real truth is out on them....just like anything else....

I think they are available with either the 19.5's or the 22.5's. Probably going to drive about the same with either size. I would guess anyways? I was told the tow rating was 19,300 lbs on those trucks that Western Hauler does???? It is probably going to be awhile before a couple have been around long enough to get a good judgement on one, but any honest and fairly educated opinions are always welcome. The DT 570 engine is supposed to be alot better than a Cat or a Mercedes. Heck the M2 SportChassis has been out for years now and it seems you cant talk to 2 people who share the same thoughts.
