do a goggle search for Chuck Box or chuck boxes.

Or, take your trailer to a metal fabricating place and let them build you one.

This one would work on the running boards of a trailer... it's meant for behind the wheel well of a pickup truck. It's only 8" side-to-side.

My dad had one of the stainless steel truck tool boxes (they make narrow ones that go under some flat beds) bolted to the supports of his 2 horse bp trailer about the tire fender.  He used it for brushes and such and on trail rides he stored his feed in them.
