Have a 2005 and like it. Ours has air ride seats and an exhaust brake (both are must have items). Pull mostly in the mountains, either a stock trailer or LQ. Only problem we have experienced with it is clogged fuel filters (truck will just shut down on you). We change the filters frequently, but like to be prepared, so carry a spare fuel filter and a filter wrench. Mileage is OK, 11 mpg towing, 13 mpg not towing.

Yeah, we really liked the Freightliners, but couldn't justify the cost. When you have a working operation, everything counts towards the bottom line.
