Can anyone tell me which trailer mfgrs, if any, have 7' heights as standard?
I know you can have it as an option on some, but do any of them do it standard? Also, what are the width ranges? I have seen 6' 6" and 7'....are there any others? Standard, I mean, not special ordered or on the bigger trailers like for warmbloods, etc.

Then what would 6 or 6 1/2 be? We have looked at and rented the 6 or 6-something and it is too short. We have a TWH, but she is not that big and can bump her head fairly easily...but we have a mule that is taller than her and his ears are bent down if he holds his head up so we need a taller trailer to feel more comfortable.

The 6'6" trailers are called QH trailers, but I call em pony trailers. They're way to short for most horses, plus the length is usually short as well.
I have a 7'9" trailer and have had drafts and warmbloods in it and they had lots of head room. There are several brands that make 7'6" that I am aware of: Sundowner, 4-Star, Keifer - but you will need to check as many are only 7'. Your horses will thank you for getting the taller trailer. Plus heat rises so the theory is the taller the trailer, the cooler it can be when the horses are in it.
