I feel so much better having received this notice from
Greenball tires, I had asked if their speed rating of M was correct, M is rated at 81mph, and their response was , yes they are rated to 81 MPH

Thank you for contacting us in regards to our trailer product.

The specs you have listed are in fact correct regarding the speed rating on the 235/85R16 LRF Tow Master Summer Solution.

I am here to push you past your myth and guide you into a new reality.

The TowMaster Summer Solution is a trailer tire manufactured with “Light Truck” rubber compound. So you get the structural functionality of a trailer tire while getting the security and benefits of a truck tire. This light truck high heat resistant compound will help you retain your air pressure and give your tires longer life.

For example, Taskmaster ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWTRTM2257515D is a load range D tire with an M speed rating, meaning speeds up to 81-mph. Such an M speed-rated tire would be better for your application. Their larger ST235/85R16 10-ply tires are actually tested to 105-mph according to my contact at Taskmaster.

I'm more worried about blowouts and maybe doing 65mph. I also need at least an F rating at 3800 pds,
Trailer is a 16K GVWR, tandem axles.

105 mph

If they've been tested at 105 mph...70 mph should NOT be a problem for the average person towing...
