I recently had a conversation with a gentleman whose son works at Logan Coach in Utah. This mans son built his own horse trailer (company perk). He added cross members and studs to the frame. Apparently he didn't believe the factory specs were adequate. While this may be a case of "beefing" up the trailer because he can, I would compare the structural supports specs of the Logan to other brands if I was in the market.I'm not slamming Logan, they have a nice looking product, I'm merely passing some information that may or may not help you in your buying decision.

If the Logan employee was having a Rumber floor installed in his trailer he would be getting a beefed up frame anyway. If might not have a thing to do with his feeling "that the frame was inadequate".

I have a 2006 Logan XTR 4H trailer. I frequently load 5 horses in it when I need to haul an extra horse. And I've not had any problem with the floor. My trailer has held up well. Jason ( service mgr at Logan) has been great to call and order a replacement part for the few things I've broken. I had a horse break off a tie ring, broke a window and needed to replace it, scrubbed off a floodlight on low hanging tree, Stuff like that.
