I tore out the old carpet, put down foam insulation stuff and then put OSB on top of that. I'm going to use laminate for my flooring. Do I need to put anything between the OSB and the laminate?

You just need the pad that comes with it. There is normally 3 kinds. Get the 2 in 1 foam pad, unless the floor that you are buying has the pad attached, then you are all set.
